I was amazed with the sound quality of Creative EP-630 when my friend showed me and let my tried it. I looked for it in every store I can think of but I’m out luck and then last week, I came across a store Elec******** in Megamall, and they have stocks of EP 630.
I was excited that I didn’t gave much attention to the price, it is worth 1499 PHP. lolz… Too excited that I didn’t test it before or after buying it.
Everything is ok but several days after, I notice that the left and right cable doesn’t have the same length. I recall that a fake / defective creative ep-630 doesnt have the same cable length so I contacted Creative‘s CS and they confirmed that it should have the same length. I didn’t have time to return to the store where I bought the in-ear and on the 7th day, I return to the said store and they said that, 1 week have passed and they can’t offer me the store warranty anymore(Deym), I said no one told me that it has only 1 week warranty and it is not indicated anywhere in the O.R. (Official Receipt) so I insist that the ep-630 is defective.
I told them my concern, they told me IT’S NORMAL that the left cable is a little longer than the right cable(WTH?!?) (even the cheaper earphone have the same length)
I told them that they should give me replacement but they insist that the product is normal, they called their head office, they also insist that it’s normal. tsk tsk… why would anyone make a earphone that doesnt have the same length(unless of course if it is design to be CX300 style).
They gave me a last option, let them receive the item and they will have it check with their supplier, it takes 3 weeks but I said no. 3 weeks without music is err..haha… they told me that they will verify with their supplier about my concern.
Then the lady on the counter ask for my number and she will inform me what the supplier has to say.

I will make a copy of what the Creative‘s CS said and bring it to that store.. tsk tsk… PHP1499 is not a joke..lol
